Part-Time Universal Banker I, Maroa, IL

Job Overview
Scott State Bank is seeking a dedicated and experienced Universal Banker I to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service while managing a diverse range of retail banking services such as teller responsibilities, opening consumer, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial skills, a deep understanding of customer relationship management, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. As a Universal Banker I, you will need to be proficient in bank products, have excellent sales and service skills, and be knowledgeable in regard to regulatory issues as they apply.

Applicants should have the following skills, qualities, and experience:

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills
  • Customer service focus with ability to stay positive in interactions with customers and team members.
  • Good communication skills including speaking clearly, succinctly, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies.
  • Retail banking experience
  • Availability to work some Saturday mornings
  • Ethics and integrity
  • Professional appearance

  • High School or equivalent degree

Job Type: Part-time
