Full-time Universal Banker, Maroa Location

Scott State Bank’s Universal Bankers focus on the customer experience in all aspects of their decisions.  They are responsible for opening accounts, efficient and accurate transaction processing and administrative assistance.  This position is dedicated to building strong, professional relationships and meeting the expectations and requirements of banking customers.  Incumbents must be proficient in bank products, have excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable in regards to regulatory issues as they apply to this position.

Applicants should have the following:

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Customer service focus with ability to stay positive in interactions with customers and team members
  • Good communication skills including speaking clearly, succinctly, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
  • Cash handling, sales or related experience
  • Availability to work some Saturdays
  • Ethics and integrity
  • Professional appearance
  • Attention to detail
